Your Body Is Your Temple

How well do you know yourself? Are you aware of all of the micro-facets of life that exist below that very visual layer of your physical self? (aka... hair, muscle, skin etc.)

YOUR body has to last you your WHOLE life so it's important that you work with it as opposed to ignoring the "bodytalk".


I know external life can be distracting. It is really easy for us to dismiss our physical selves and only focus on the external world when we are trying to create change.


But did you know that your external world often mirrors our internal unrest and congestion? Consider your relationship with all of the information your physical body provides you on a daily basis.


Do you somatically feel your emotions? Do you address your body's need to move or self soothe? Do you nourish your body with healthy foods and healthy relationships?


All of this matters.


How connected and in tune are you with all of the beautiful data your body has to offer for your highest good and BEST life?


Get curious and work on being in the body.


Try to connect with your body-self in a different and very intentional way. Take care of your body and allow it take care of you.



Holisitic RX- go move your body. Take a yoga class, meditate, do a body scan, DANCE. Somatically lean into your emotions. Get curious and give yourself some time to really feel into your body.
