Holistic Relaxation Method

What is HRM?

Similar to Reiki, HRM includes energy work, alignment, clearings and healings which are all forms of complementary support for the body and mind which have been found to enhance relaxation and to aid in stress reduction.

These sessions help clients reconnect somatically with their physical bodies in a safe and supportive environment for improved results and strengthened mind-body wholeness.

Why HRM work helps...

Stress, trauma, anxiety and illness restrict the natural flow of energy in the body.

By restoring the flow and releasing stuck energies, HRM can rejuvenate the body's ability to relax and therefore, supports the body's ability to heal itself.

In addition, because the mind and body are constantly conversing with each other, work that is done on the physical body can also help improve overall mood, focus and satisfaction.

Everything is energy and that's all there is to it.
-Albert Einstein
