Service Description

Note that the 6 Online Stretching Classes Actually Start April 15th through May 20th *choose pay latter at checkout to pay with venmo - venmo id: NicoleSylvester10 This unique class blends intentional gentle stretching and movement with guided meditation and visualization to calm the body and quiet the mind. During class you will connect more deeply with your body to access stored stress and release pent-up tension. Then, using guided breathwork and visualizations you will find your flow, rediscover your resilience, and cultivate a sense of emotional well-being that radiates from within. Class will be held on zoom on Monday nights at 7pm - 7:45pm PST. Class dates are as follows: April 15th, 22nd and 29th, May 6th and 13th and 20th. This 6 week series will progressively work through the major parts of the body that typically store tension and stress. It is intended to serve as a guided practice that you can learn and implement on your own or repeat after the first series is over. My hope for you is to receive some mental, physical and emotional relief, have more clarity and feel more inner peace. All you will need for this class is a quiet space, a towel or yoga mat and anything else that can make your space feel more peaceful during our class. After sign-up and payment you will receive an email with the zoom link and more details about the class. This class will help you: -Release tension: Somatic movements help release physical tension stored in your muscles, allowing your nervous system to relax. Think of it as unwinding a tightly wound spring. -Reduce stress: Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, taking you out of fight-or-flight mode and into a state of calm. Imagine a stormy sea slowly giving way to a tranquil bay. -Improve emotional regulation: By becoming more aware of your body's sensations and emotions through somatic movement, you learn to manage them more effectively. -Boost resilience: Regular practice of somatic movement and breathwork can strengthen your nervous system's ability to cope with stress and bounce back from challenges. -Enhance self-awareness:Both practices cultivate a deeper connection to your body and mind, allowing you to better understand your needs and respond to them in a mindful way.
