Led by Nicole Hope, a certified Resilience & Mindfulness Coach specializing in anxiety and stress, this class combines gentle stretches, mindful movement, and meditation techniques to activate your parasympathetic nervous system—the part of your nervous system responsible for relaxation and calm. Nicole will guide you through intentional movement and breathwork designed to release old emotions and stories stored in your body, creating a deep sense of peace and balance. As the class progresses, you’ll notice it, allowing you to access a place of clarity and calm. This isn’t just about physical flexibility—it's about unlocking emotional and mental flexibility as well. By the end of the session, you’ll be completely relaxed, having reset your body and mind for the week ahead, and ready to drift into a peaceful night’s sleep.
